oral fixation.

Is it me or has anyone noticed that rappers are beginning to speak more openly about diving downtown? from t.i's "eat it, beat it 'till swollen. you gon' need an ice pack" to santana's "and if it tastes how it look, imma try to swallow her" (just to quote a couple), i've been hearing it all.

-no complaints-

i'm sure the act of doing so isn't rare in these guy's lifes. these are grown ass men, 24+, we're talking about - so i would hope not. it's just nice to hear fine young men bragging about doing so.

it's been awhile since i've ran into a so called grown man claiming not to get his "grown man" on. but, sadly enough, i do hear you men still exist. music definitely influences culture so, with that said, maybe a change will come to you folks who are still non believers? i sure hope so. lord knows you guys never make it past the first chapter in my book.

i'm just saying...

anyway, i heart you lil wayne.
you've started a movement and i'm loving it!

Sadly, there are WAY more women than men in MOST communities. As such, men feel it is OK to treat women like dirt: there are at least 2 more around the corner.

I go down, proudly and happily. And I expect nothing in return.

i haven't heard this t.i. song. maybe its because i don't really follow his music like that. i don't think its cool for anyone to brag about what they do well. like i'm weary of a woman who brags on her head game. it builds high hopes, which are rarely ever met. lol. actions should speak louder than words is the motto i live by.

with that said i do believe that oral sex is a part of sex. always have, always will. i'm with you on this one. a woman who does not believe so will not make it very far with me. ;-)

- true indeed. real men do real things! =)

- like you, i don't pay too much attention to those who brag about how great they are at anything they do sexually. it goes in one ear and out of the other.

i was getting at men having no shame in talking about preforming the act. not necessarily men speaking on how great they are at it.

usually, when it comes to rap, most feel like there's some image to uphold. i can name a thousand songs where men are talking about receiving and never giving. until now...

Funny how I noticed this trend a little while ago. But then, I figured its because people are older. Of course as a teen, folks are like "ugh, you want me to put my mouth on that?"

Now, you're deemed abnormal if you don't. The last time I ran across a real live man who didnt "go downtown", I was 24 (4 years ago) and, I kid you not, he called me less than a year later to apologize for being so immature lol
